TOWNHOME AMENITIES:

Disney Dreams and Screams is an immaculate 3 bedroom/3 bath town home that can accommodate up to 6 guests. It has recently (October, 2009 ) been completely refurbished with all areas freshly painted, new plush carpet, new high quality furnishings and décor, new bedding, linens, and towels. Amenities include: fully stocked kitchen, flatscreen TV's in all 3 bedrooms, a 46 inch flat screen TV in the living area with DVDs and a wii game, children items (Jeep Cherokee stroller, Graco Pac and Play and High Chair, a baby safety gate), washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board, wireless internet, and an adequate supply of necessities including toilet tissue, paper towels, tissues, trash bags, and dishwasher detergent. 

Windsor Hills is a lovely resort with the following amenities:  24 hour gated security, clubhouse, double Olympic sized pool, whirlpool spa, and playgrounds.  The clubhouse has a fitness room, game room, billiards, a 42 seat HD movie theater, and a convenience store.  For recreation, the resort has basketball, volleyball, and tennis courts, a putting green, and a Barbeque area.  Our home is a short 2-3 minute walk to the pool and clubhouse.

DDS has three bedroom suites each with a private bath.  Upstairs is a master king suite and a Mickey Mouse twin  bedded suite.  Downstairs is a queen bedded suite. Each bedroom has top quality bedding with deluxe allergy mattress protectors, linens, and comfortable pillows covered in deluxe allergy protectors. Every bedroom has its own flat screen television, ceiling fan, clock radio and private closet with a safe located in the Master Suite. Each bathroom has curved shower rods, new shower heads, new lighting fixtures, a hair dryer and plush towels. A washing machine and dryer is located in the upstairs hallway.

Just outside the living area is the splash pool and deck with furnishings.  Our back deck faces west and opens out to a beautiful grassy park area that provides privacy to our guests. 

The beautifully decorated living area has lovely rattan furnishings by Leader with a sofa, two swivel rockers and a game table with extra seating.  Board games are provided for your enjoyment

We are very serious about  providing our guests with clean, upscale accommodations. Therefore, we have chosen a very dependable management company/cleaning service. Our manager is always available if assistance is needed.

Windsor Hills Clubhouse Pool Area

WINDSOR HILLS AMENITIES: 

Windsor Hills Resort is a gated community for your safety and security. Upon your arrival, visit the Welcome Center at the clubhouse for a variety of information. The very helpful staff will gladly answer your questions during your stay.

The Windsor Hills main clubhouse is a few minutes away From Disney Dreams And Screams. The clubhouse accesses the pool and hosts billiards and ping pong, a video arcade, a children’s play area, a 42 seat movie theater where you select the feature and time of your next showing, a convenience store, lounging area, and a fitness room where you can stay in shape. Rent a DVD from the kiosk for those rainy days.

Soak up the sun at the amazing Windsor Hills lagoon shaped pool which has a walk in beach area, a water slide, fountains, and an amazing soothing hot spa for your enjoyment. Since the pool is adjacent to the clubhouse you can grab a snack, enjoy a game or just relax in the breezeway lounge area.

The clubhouse area also provides free wireless internet for those who like to surf the web or catch up on emails while at poolsiode.

Sporting facilities on site include Tennis, Volleyball and Basketball not to mention a putting green where you can practice before you go out to the major golf courses throughout the area including those on located on Disney property.
