All prices subject to tax of 16%.  A one time departure housekeeping fee of $80.00 applies to all stays.

Arrival time is after 4 pm, with departure by 10 am on your last day.

We accept MC, Visa, Discover, and Amex directly on our website. Go to our Payment Options page.
PayPal and personal checks also accepted.

Until confirmed, all rates are subject to change without notice.  To secure your dates, an initial payment of $250.00 is required.  The remaining balance is due within 30 days of arrival.

Security Deposit:  Prior to arrival a credit card number must be on record or $500.00 cash, check or money order  for your security deposit.  Your security deposit will be returned to you within two weeks of departure upon inspection of the rental unit for any expenses, loss, breakage, or damaged incurred.

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be made in writing.

We also give you the option to reschedule once at no charge to another available date.
Any additional changes incur a $100.00 service fee.

Cancellation Fee as of 01/26/09.......$100.00

Within 8 weeks of scheduled arrival date.......Refund of monies paid minus cancellation fee.

Within 4 weeks of scheduled arrival date.......1/2 refund of monies paid minus cancellation fee.

Less than 4 weeks from scheduled arrival date.......No Refund.

Owner reserves the right to refuse rental occupancy.

Our condo will be cleaned before your arrival and after you leave. The condo is professionally managed, with a 24-hour emergency service.

Please note that out of consideration for others, we request no smoking in the condo, and that we cannot accommodate pets.
