This is the FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) page. Hopefully, any questions you might have regarding your stay with us will be answered here. If you have a question that you can't find the answer to here, please do not hesitate to contact us using the information on the contact us page.

 


Q: How do I make a reservation?

 

A: First check our availability calendar to see if your dates are open. Then send an email to magicalgetaway@gmail.com  with your arrival date, departure date, number of people in your party and your email address. We will send you a quote for your requested stay. Once you decide to rent our condo you will need to complete a rental agreement form and send a rental deposit to us. A reservation confirmation will be sent to you when we receive the rental deposit and rental agreement form.

  


Q: What is your cancellation policy?

 

$50.00 administrative fee will be charged if the reservation is cancelled more than 30 days before arrival. The rental deposit will be forfeited if the reservation is cancelled 15-30 days prior to arrival.  There will be no refund if the reservation is cancelled within 15 days of arrival.

 


Q: Are resort amenities included in the price?

 

Yes, all amenities are included in the price. For the privacy of all guests staying in Windsor Hills a guest card is required to access the clubhouse facilities. This card can be obtained at the clubhouse in the Windsor Hills office. A $6.00 refundable deposit will be requested for each card.


Q: What supplies are provided in the condo?

 

Starters of toilet paper, and soap are provided, but you may need to supply more of these as your journey progresses. In addition, any basic toiletry items such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothpaste, etc. must also be provided by the guest, as well as grocery supplies.

 


Q: Do you allow pets or smoking?

 

No pets or smoking are allowed in the condo.

Q:   Where do I pick up the keys?

 

You pick up the keys to the condo from our management company, Palm Tree Vacation Homes

Q:   What if I arrive after office hours?

 

There is a lockbox at the office where you can pick up the keys. We can provide the code to the lock box via e-mail or phone to maintain security.

Q:   How do I get to the nearest supermarket from Windsor Hills?

 

  • Upon leaving Windsor Hills turn LEFT (Old Lake Wilson Road )

  • Travel about 1 mile to US 192 and turn LEFT

  • Travel about 2 miles... Publix is on your RIGHT

You must be at least 18 to use the equipment - Photo Id required.

You can obtain the code to the facility in the sundry Shop

For the equipment for Tennis, Basketball, Volleyball, Ping Pong and Pool - Please check with the attendant in the Sundry Shop. There is no charge for the equipment, but a small deposit or credit card imprint will be required at check-out to ensure against damage or loss.

The video games require change that can be obtained from the attendant in the Sundry shop.
