All prices subject to Florida Tax of 13%.  A one time departure housekeeping fee of $80.00 applies to all stays.

Arrival time is after 4 pm, with departure by 10 am on your last day.

PayPal and personal checks also accepted.

Until confirmed, all rates are subject to change without notice.  To secure your dates, an initial payment of $250.00 is required.  The remaining balance is due within 30 days of arrival.

Security Deposit:  Prior to arrival a credit card number must be on record or $300.00 cash, check or money order  for your security deposit.  Your security deposit will be returned to you within two weeks of departure upon inspection of the rental unit for any expenses, loss, breakage, or damaged incurred.

Cancellation Policy: There is a $25.00 cancellation fee. For a full refund, cancellations must be made 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Security deposit withheld if reservation is cancelled within 15 to 29 days of arrival. 50% of Rental fee withheld for reservations cancelled within 8 to 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date less security deposit. No refunds for cancellations less than 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date less security deposit.

Owner reserves the right to refuse rental occupancy.

Our condo will be cleaned before your arrival and after you leave. The condo is professionally managed, with a 24-hour emergency service.

Please note that out of consideration for others, we request no smoking in the condo, and that we cannot accommodate pets.
