OUR VILLA:

This is the FIVE STAR Nemos Reef villa. We are south facing with an open rear aspect towards Mystic Dunes Golf resort. We are not overlooked by other nearby properties and there are no outside separation concrete walls. Our lovely villa is a new spacious, luxurious and comfortable "WOW factor vacation home" with 5 Bedrooms and 5 Bathrooms.

Large pool and deck with hot tub, spacious lanai (covered area), tables, chairs and loungers for 10 persons. Downstairs Queen Master suite with large private bathroom and closet. Access to pool deck via sliding doors. Downstairs King suite with private bathroom plus downstairs themed Mickey's twin room and private bathroom.

Spacious living room with 50" HD LCD cable TV/DVD with comfortable seating for 10 and full kitchen; microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, cooking utensils and all linens provided, washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. Free Wi-fi plus local and long distace calls free.

Upstairs is a gallery leading to a superb themed Nemo's twin room plus private bathroom and a third King suite with private bathroom. Super Games room with 7' pool table, Air Hockey, basketball, table tennis and darts, including entertainment centre with large screen TV, DVD and speakers. Many popular titles in stock. PS2 available. Designed quality decor provides a real but relaxing "wow factor" after your 5 minute journey (2 stop lights only) from Disney.

All this and just a short walk to the 5 star Windsor Hills clubhouse facilities. The No.1 pool home resort in Florida. Amenities include air conditioning, cable TV, full kitchen microwave, dishwasher, slow cooker, toaster, regrigerator, freezer, cooking utensils, all linens, stroller, Pak-n-play, High chair, cot available, washer and dryer. All towels provided.

OUR RESORT:

Nemo's Reef Windsor Hilla Villa A Five Star vacation villa such as Nemo's Reef should be complimented by it's Five Star location and it certainly is without a doubt. Windsor Hills Resort is located right off Old Lake Wilson Rd. in Kissimmee Florida and has a very magical neighbor less than 2 miles away. For your safety and security, our resort is also a 24 hour gated community. Upon your arrival, visit the Welcome Center at the clubhouse for a variety of information. The very helpful staff will gladly answer your questions during your stay.

The Windsor Hills main clubhouse is a few minutes away from Nemo's Reef. The clubhouse accesses the main resort pool area and hosts billiards, ping pong, a video arcade, a children’s play area, a 42 seat movie theater where you select the feature and time of your next showing, a convenience store, lounging area, and a fitness room where you can stay in shape. Rent a DVD from the kiosk for those rainy days.

Soak up the sun at the amazing Windsor Hills lagoon shaped pool which has a walk in beach area, a water slide, fountains, and an amazing soothing hot spa for your enjoyment. Since the pool is adjacent to the clubhouse you can grab a snack, enjoy a game or just relax in the breezeway lounge area.

The clubhouse area also provides free wireless internet for those who like to surf the web or catch up on emails while at poolsiode.

Sporting facilities at the resort's newly completed Recreational Area include Tennis, Volleyball and Basketball not to mention a putting green where you can practice before you go out to the major designed by pro golf courses throughout the area including those located on the nearby Disney property. At this location are also charcoal bbq grills and a covered pavillion.
