We had a very nice vacation, your condo was our home away from
home. We could not have asked for a nicer place to stay. My
grandson and granddaughter really enjoyed the Safari theme and
could not wait to get back in the evening to watch the fireworks
from their room. Everything was great and very well kept.

We loved the stay at your condo. Hope we left everything alright.
We loved that you thought of every scenario,(playpen, stroller,
car seat, highchair etc.) We brought our own car seat but were
glad to see that you had multiple strollers to choose from, (came
in handy for our 4 year old at Disney’s, Magical Kingdom). When
we come back I think that we would still come back around the
same time of the month. The weather was wonderful. Thank you

Fred - Had great time. The weather was 85 degrees the whole two
months. The condo was excellant, could not ask for anything
better. The location and area was really nice. I hope we left
everything as nice as we found it. We couldnt be more happy than
we were at your location. The condo is beautiful and the building
and grounds are kept beautifully.

We had a wonderfull stay at the condo again and it felt like home
away from home. Great there's free internet. This way we were
able to communicate with our family in Holland. The kids loved
the swimming pool! We went to see all 4 Disney Parcs, Seaworld,
Aquatica and Blizzard Beach. We will definitively return again

while we were on vacation and thanks to all your notes, we were
able to take her to the walk-in clinic and get her meds without

Hi Fred! We had a great trip! It was really cold--in the 30s in
the mornings but it was still terrific--we had coats and were
prepared. We enjoyed the condo--the kids both loved their
bedrooms. It was very easy to be there. Thank you so much for the
extremely helpful guide you put together--that was a lot of pages
so I knew it took you some time. We referred to it frequently
throughout the trip. Don't know when we will get to Disney again

WOW, It was great, we had such a great time, Mickey's Safari is a
dream come true. It's beautiful and we really enjoyed it, you
have thought of everything. My 4 year old loved "her room" with
the twin beds, she actually slept in there every night but one
and at home its not as easy to get her to go to her room for the
night. We went to the pool several days and again it was great,
after a couple days we remembered you mentioned a short cut and
we found the path, it was such a nice walk over to the pool, we
really enjoyed the walk.
Every morning I sit on the balcony and had my morning drink and
it was so peaceful and relaxing. We did try Black Angus for
dinner one night, and was my husbands favorite steak of the trip.
We did drive over to Cocoa on Monday to see the Shuttle take off
and was neat to see, just lots of traffic. Did Magic Kingdom One
day and of course it was magical and a couple water parks. But
mostly I really didn't want to leave Mickeys Safari, looking
forward to another visit. I did fill out the first page in your
new journal, maybe you will see it next time you go. Thanks Again
For Everything, and for letting us stay in your beautiful home
away from home ......And I really do me Thanks, what a great
thing you have done with the condo and I'm so glad you are
willing to rent it and I'm so glad I found you.

We Loved It! It was the best condo ever! It was just like the
pictures on the web. The kids loved looking for all the disney
characters through out the condo. It was perfect! It made a great

Hi Fred,
We had a great time! In fact, it was probably the best family
vacation we've ever taken. Disney aside, the condo was a big part
of why the vacation was so much fun. The layout worked so well
for both the grandparents and our family. We truly appreciated
the back-door route onto Disney property and used it many times.
The kids loved the toys and I think they had them all out around
their room about 4 minutes after we opened the door! The
strollers came with us on all our Disney days and helped to keep
the kids in good spirits. The beach toys came with us to Cocoa
Beach on a day that saw record-breaking high temps for the area.
The kitchen facilities helped us to maintain some normalcy in our
lives by allowing us to eat familiar food and it also kept our
dining budget in check. In all, we were so pleased with all the
small touches that helped to make things so much more convenient
and comfortable than a standard hotel. Thank you for thinking of
all of this for us and saving us the effort of having to bring it
along. We all were very much relaxed and rested the entire
vacation--what a vacation is supposed to be--and were very
saddened to see it come to an end. When the next opportunity to
visit Orlando arises (and it will), we'll be sure to look you up
to take advantage of the same hospitality.

Well we arrived to a cold and rainy England this morning - a far
cry from the weather we left in Orlando!!! It felt as though we'd
landed at the North Pole!!
Whilst it was nice to speak to you on the telephone, I wanted to
drop you an e-mail to say a huge thank you for allowing us to
rent your beautiful condo for our holiday. It is beautiful and a
real home from home. You have put a lot of thought in to all the
extra touches that have been included. Our 6 year old daughter
was in her element with all the cuddly toys in her room!! My mum
and dad had the king size room and were absolutely delighted with
it! It was my first visit to the US and I have really fell in
love with it. Everyone was so friendly - it was a pleasure to eat
in restaurants because of the high standard of service. The whole
Disney experience can only be described as magical. Epcot is very
high on our list of favourites. We really enjoyed the shopping
and have come back with lots of treats!!
I have already given your details to two of our friends
-therefore you may get an e-mail checking availability for the
Clubhouse and Condo. As I mentioned on the telephone we hope to
visit again with my brother and his family therefore we may look
at the Clubhouse for extra space, although your Condo would still
accommodate us.
It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with you Fred and we
will definitely be in touch for a return visit.

Happy New Year to you as well. All went great with the condo. We
were very pleased with the decor and the cleanliness. My son (3
yrs old) fell in love with the stuffed Disney Characters. The
only regret was the short stay. We finished out our vacation at
one of Disney's hotels. Your condo beat it hands down. I hope we
get the opportunity to return again.

We had a very nice vacation, and the condo was great! The info
packet was very helpful and the condo itself served our purposes
very nicely. The kids were enamored with all the stuffed animals
and the TV in their room. I definitely enjoyed all the posters
and Disney touches. I especially liked the "Vision" poster of
Walt with the pre and post developed magic kingdom overlayed in
the background. The lights at Hollywood Studios were fantastic -
a real highlight for the holiday season - and the parks overall
weren't too crowded which was great as well.

The vacation was wonderful! Too short if you ask me. We bought a
6-day Disney park pass and didn't get to use all our days so
we'll be coming back again! The condo was beautiful! It was just
as depicted in the photos and very clean. We were impressed with
the condo and the resort as a whole. When we first pulled up the
main driveway, I thought we were in the wrong place, it was so
beautiful. The children enjoyed the pool so much...it was truly a
wonderful experience!

We truly enjoyed the condo, it was just what we needed to have
everyone comfortable. Having a washer and dryer was great too. We
spent 2 days at Magic Kingdom, 1 day at Hollywood Studios, 1-1/2
days at Epcot and 1 day at Discovery Cove. My husband and I and
my oldest son did the dolphin swim there and everyone really
enjoyed it. We also did the Royal Table breakfast and breakfast
at Chef Mickeys too. Thanks again for all of your easy directions
and helpful hints. If we are lucky enough to get back that way we
will call you again.

We had a great time in the condo and the weather was only rainy
for two day (and only part of the day at that so it didn't really
affect us). Your condo is lovely - one of the nicest we've stayed
in (and we've stayed at many in the Orlando area and a few in
Windsor Hills but not through Oasis). You really do think of
everything that a person would need during their stay - never had
such a well-equipped kitchen! We would definitely like to come
back - as a matter of fact, we'll be sending you a form for
August 8th - August 15th 2009 for Mickey's Clubhouse - we liked
it so much we want our kids and grandkids to stay with us next
year!

We loved it! Our son had a great time- it was his first visit to
Disney. We went to the Animal Kingdom, Epcot, & The Magic
Kingdom. We were able to rest a couple of days in between at the
pool. We all loved the way the condo was decorated. It really put
our son in the spirit when we first arrived. Thank you so much.

We had a wonderful time in The States and your condo! We loved
the location, decoration and of course the resort. It feels safe
to know there is someone at the gate 24/7. We spent a lot of time
in Disney World (Blizzard Beach and the Theme Parks). We had a
little problem with one of the toilets. After we called, it was
fixed within the hour, EXCELLENT! We will definitely return to
either this condo or your other one!

Just got back yesterday! Your condo is absolutely beautiful!!! We
loved staying there and would definitely love to stay there
again. Renting a condo is sooo much better than a hotel. And with
a family of 5, that's definitely the way to go. We will

We had a wonderful time ! I kept the family going from morning
until night to fit in everything. We had pizza at Flippers one
night and that was the best pizza. We all loved it even though it
was not the prettiest of atmosphere. And lastly the rain thing
every day was hard to get used to. We got everything in though.
Our favorite dinner was at 'Ohana at the Polynesian resort. The
bread pudding dessert was to die for! If you haven't been you
must go. I would be ready to go back in a heartbeat but my
husband is Disneyed out for awhile. The lines were long but the
fastpass was a lifesaver. And thank you for the tip on the back
way on getting to the parks. Thank you again for letting us stay
with you- I would highly recommend for all of your younger guests
to take part in the Bippity Boppity Boutique at Downtown Disney
or where we did at Cinderella's castle. My 8 yr old granddaughter
was treated like a princess with her hair, make-up and nails.
Resv. have to made very early though. Sorry I have went on and
on. I could name a hundred more things that were a blast. You are
so lucky to have a such a nice place to stay.

Everything was great. It was nice to stay in one of your families
condos again. All was as we were expecting and very nice. Thank
for letting us have a late checkout... the extra 2 hours was
incredible helpful after all those late nights having too much
fun. We'll be calling you guys again for our next trip and I also

Hi Fred, We did Cypress Gardens, Kennedy Space Center, Universal,
Disney, all four parks again and again. We also did, The Pirates
of the Caribbean dinner show, breakfast with Mickey, lunch with
Chip and Dale, breakfast with Mary Poppins. I was not sure about
the Pirate dinner, wasn't sure what we were getting into, but we
had a wonderful time. It was a dinner with every family member
involved. Our food was great, more then enough and the
entertainment was fast moving and fun. Would recommend to
anyone.T he breakfasts with Disney characters is really a nice
way to go, of course we had a ball. Then there was this condo. It
was so fun knowing where we were headed, knowing what to expect
and not be worried about how to get there and would it be an OK
place. We have been to a few, not so good places. That was an
extra I had not counted on. We were very glad for your
directions. We brought less clothes, because we had a washing
machine and drier and we went out to eat and had left overs and
brought them home for another day, as we found there was always
more then enough food where ever we went. We did 2 small loads of
personal clothes and washed our towels,s heets and ran the dish
washer before we left and everything worked great. These little
things made a difference. Even a vacuum, which we did use once.
We also found time to use the pool area.We loved our stay at the
Safari and I know we will come back again. Thank you so much for
being such great hosts.

Everything was perfect...I wish we could have stayed longer. Your

We had a wonderful vacation! It was everything I was hoping for
and more. The condo was beautiful, very clean and well designed,
as the pictures showed. Windsor Hills is a nice location, the
pool is fantastic, better than the pictures. The extras like the
remote control fans and keyless entry are a nice touch. Wouldn't
hesitate to recommend your location(s) to anyone.

you remember the specifics about my reservation, we spent 3 days
at Mickey's Safari then 7 at another condo in Windsor Hills.
Yours was smaller but much more pleasant, seeming much better

Yes... the condo was fabulous! We really enjoyed our stay! I
loved the resort, and as I think I mentioned earlier, we are

rent Mickey's Clubhouse, but it was already sold out. :( Anyway,

We have been to Disney many times and absolutely loved Mickey's
Safari. The condo theming goes above and beyond that which we
have seen in other condos and gave our children the sense of
staying onsite. We can't wait to return to it!

First, our vacation was WONDERFUL! We had a great time and the
condo was supberb. It was so much better than staying in a hotel
with a 4 year old. Having a bedroom for her made all the
difference in the world. She LOVED the condo and especially all
the pictures and stuffed animals, she cannot stop talking about
it. You have an absolutely wonderful place and if and when we
make it back, we will be contacting you again.

Your condo was everything we had expected and more. If we do have
a complaint it was that we could not get our children to leave

daughter especially liked the Disney Song DVD we found.
Surprisingly, the draw of going to "Mickey's Safari" was enough
to get her out of the parks each day without tears... she had

We are home and very tired... Vacation was good... condo was good
- door code worked perfectly...I just wish we had more time to
spend there, as well as time for the amenities. The boys really
liked the pool the few times we went. We loved the
condo... the boys loved their rooms. We did take your advice and
go to Universal City Walk and have dinner and see a movie. We
also found the Publix you suggested. Thanks so much for allowing
us to use your place for the week. Hopefully we can come back and
bring family members. The house on your website looks perfect for
a bigger group. I will be sure to pass on your information to
friends and family. Hopefully everything was o.k. for your
housekeeper when we left... we weren't there a whole lot during
the week... I started the dishwasher, put in the load of towels,
piled the bed linens on the washer and took out the trash. Thanks
also for making the arrangements for our place to stay easy. It
has been a pleasure dealing with you.

The condo was beautiful and we loved feeling like we were on
disney property. The safari-theme was excellent! And your
tiles in the condo looked gorgeous. It was awesome and we really
enjoyed the condo.

We were so happy with Mickey's Safari I was going to email you on
the 2nd day but we were having too much fun! The girls LOVED
having their own bedrooms with TV's, DVD's and stuffed animals.
They couldn't decide which room they liked better so they kept
switching each night. You guys thought of EVERYTHING! We did not
need for anything (except toilet paper). :) And it was
beautifully decorated. When we got home I realized just how bare
my walls are. Also, the tips you added, especially the back
entrance off Sherberth Ave was excellent. We felt we were in on a
secret. I checked out your website when we got home and saw that
you added one of the homes in Windsor Hills to your rentals. Very
nice to have so many options. I could go on and on and on but I'm
sure you already know how perfect it is. Actually, my husband and
I were so impressed with how seamless everything was that we are
very interested in setting up a vacation condo just like Mickey's
Safari and the others you have. Did you do all of that yourself
(website, maintenance, cleaning, etc) or do you work with a
company that helps set everything up? One more thing.......now we
are spoiled and don't think we'll ever be able to stay in a
"room" again, hence why we are thinking of buying. Thanks again
Fred & Joanne, it was a great pleasure having a "home" while on
vacation and having it be more affordable than a hotel room was
the icing on the cake.

I just wanted to thank you very much for the use of your lovely
condo. Everything worked out well. The kids really loved
playing with the stuffed animals and the games. I really don't
have a single complaint. Once again, thank you. Florida was
great. We all had a good time.

We really enjoyed your condo a lot! It was the perfect size for a
family of 4. My 7-yr old daughter stayed in the room with the
white bedspread with Mickey’s. She loved it. Our 1 yr old boy
stayed in the crib in the room with the twin beds. That worked
out fine. He loved the little lamp with the plane on it. We loved
the pool area and the close vicinity to WDW. We loved the Mickey
decorations and the Playstation. We used the pool noodles, high
chair, grocery cart. I also liked that you had a couple of baby
sippie cups and children’s plates, etc. All of these items made
the stay so much easier. All in all it
was a great stay and we are recommending it to my brother and his
family for their future trip. Thank you so much! We would have
written more in the journal, but were in a hurry to get packed
and out the door.

Hello Fred. Everything worked out very well… we were able to get
the groceries into the condo in the morning. We had a very good
and relaxing time… just what the doctor ordered. We also went to
4 theme parks on our trip: Disney’s Epcot – Soarin’ was great (a
real mind bender) and Fast Trax was fun, but everything else was
just O.K…. Typhoon Lagoon – pretty enjoyable… my swimming goggles
got sucked off my head by the wave pool 3 times until I finally
lost them for good. Universal studios – pretty good as well… we
got on all the coasters – dueling dragons, the hulk, the unicorn…
Spider man was good… also quite enjoyed 4D Shrek Disney’s Animal
Kingdom – my personal favorite… the Mt. Everest coaster was fun
and the line was so small (Tuesday at about 5:00 pm) we went on
it 3 times… I also thought the bird show was fantastic and the
little coaster in Dino park was a real laugh. The condo was quite
nice. I think you guys love animals.

The house looks GREAT!!!!!! I will be definitely working on
getting a group trip together. When do you think you would be
ready? I am sure we won’t be back for little while anyway. We are
still recovering…..we didn’t do much resting. We LOVE the parks
and we stay ALL day with the three girls, mind you.
Exhausting…..anyway, I have already referred you to my Aunt’s
sister in law (on her husbands side) so hopefully she will be

Hi Fred, I meant to e-mail you sooner--the condo was absolutely
great! I think I need a vacation from this vacation after
travelling w/2 little kids--but we couldn't have asked for better
accommodations. Your suggestions and directions to/from Disney
were impeccable, and everything we needed was already at Mickey's
Safari (including my daughter's favored sippy cup brand!).
Getting the kids to sleep was so much easier since they each had
their own room, and my husband enjoyed the fitness room several
times. We've pretty much decided that we're never staying in a
hotel room again!

We visited Mickey's Safari on 2/13/07 - 2/22/07. Everything in
the condo was clean and well prepared. The pictures on the
website do not do it justice. You have created a comfortable
place to retreat after a very long day at the parks. Thank you
for all the extras! The location is perfect and the short cuts as
well as helpful tips were greatly appreciated. I will definitely
recommend your place to anyone visiting Disney. Thank you for

Hi Fred, We had a great time! I wish I had a video of my 4 year
old when we first went in. She was in awe of all of the
decorations LOL. We were so pleased with everything - the
location, the furnishings, decor, extras you have like the
stuffed animals and DVDs, etc. It really felt like we were going
'home' every evening. I know we will be returning in the future,
I can't imagine any other place being better! It looks like you
are already booked for the same week next year but we are
considering mid November or earlier in December so we aren't
getting back so close to Christmas.

Hi Fred, The vacation was great! The condo was beautiful, it was
perfect for us. We have three boys so they enjoyed the TVs in
their rooms, the playstation games and the movies. We spent one
day at the condo laying around the pool just relaxing. Thanks

Hi Fred, It was wonderful. We really enjoyed the condo. You guys
did a wonderful job decorating. We loved everything. The kids
especially liked all of the stuffed animals. It was convenient to
the parks and the fireworks at night were the best. I don't think
I'll ever stay in another Disney hotel again. My son, who does
not like cramped spaces, is usually ready to go home by the
second day. He never once asked, "When are we leaving?" He was
sad to leave his "mickey condo". Whenever we go back to Disney,
we will certainly check to see if you have anything available.

Fred, Our family had a wonderful vacation and created many happy
memories. Thank you for opening up your condo to guests. The
location to the parks was superb and the condo was comfortable
and well appointed. We appreciated being able to come back to the
condos from a long day of walking and sightseeing and just being
able to relax – whether on the screened in deck or down by the
great pool. My in-laws stayed in your condo and just loved it. We
also enjoyed the fact that the condos were in close proximity to
those we rented from your daughter, Jennifer. I would highly
recommend you to anyone – and actually have! Next week, a
co-worker of mine is renting your condo and they are so excited.
When I returned to work today, I told her what great
accommodations you have and what a great facility Windsor Hills
is. When we plan to visit again – we will definitely choose your

flew by and we were sad to have to leave. The condo was perfect!!
It was very comfortable... Our kids loved having the comforts of
home... computer & playstation ... The pool and clubhouse were
