Welcome to our website. Suntrap Villa is a luxurious three bedroom, three bath rent by owner direct townhome at the most beautiful and closest vacation rental resort to Disney....Windsor Hills. We use this townhome personally and it certainly shows. -
Our deluxe townhome is fully equipped with everything you'll need for a memorable and relaxing Florida vacation. It has been furnished in a simple contemporary style with comfort as the key word. We have a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, stove,dishwasher & large refrigerator. Each bedroom has it’s own bathroom & walk in wardrobe closet. Large flat screen TV's are in the family room & each bedroom. All linens, bath & pool towels have been provided. You do not need to bring hair dryers or alarm clocks. We provide them also.

Our private pool is not overlooked. You will have an outstanding and very quiet view of the resort's lake.

For the little ones we provide a high chair, pack n play & stair gate. Use our full size washer & dryer without having to feed it coins. High speed internet with free phone calls is also part of our package as is a Playstation 3.

We are located very close to the resort's Community Center which features a beautiful double olympic sized pool with waterslide, water fountains, hot whirlpool spa, a fitness and game room, HD movie theater, and a sundry shop to purchase some necessities without having to leave the resort. A shuttle service to Disney World, Sea World, and other attractions is available from this location.

In addition, our resort's recreational area features night lit basketball courts, tennis courts, sand volleyball court, and a golf putting green in addition to bbq grills and a covered pavillion. The children will love our themed playground area. All of these wonderful resort amenities are provided free of any additional charge for our guests to use.

Windsor Hills is a five star gated community primely located in the heart of the Kissimmee area attractions. We offer easy accessibility to shopping, restaurants, and I-4 which will carry you to downtown Orlando or either coast of Florida. Walt Disney World is a short two miles away. Universal Studios, Sea World, and the Orange County Convention Center are a short 15 minutes away.

Please note: 6 adults 1 infant max. 5 night minimum stay. All rates are subject to Florida sales and tourist tax @ 13%. Cleaning charge of $80 ( £53 ) for stays of less than 7 days. We reserve the right to alter rates at any time before a reservation is confirmed. Our rates start at $745.00 weekly and specially reduced rates are offered on occasion......Simply use our online inquiry form and ask about your desired dates.
