Included with your rental and within easy walking distance from our condo is a spectacular double Olympic sized pool with waterslide, fountains, beach area, and soothing large hot whirlpool spa which is the centerpiece of a fully equipped clubhouse that includes a fitness room, a convenience store, games, billiards, and a 42 seat private HD movie theater. Our resort also features an adorable themed children's playground complete with a giant chess board.

Practically right next to our condo is the resort's brand new beautiful sports recreational facility. Here you will find tennis courts, volleyball and basketball courts, and a nice large golf putting green area. The resort has also provided night lights for your evening enjoyment.

If golf is your passion, our next door neighbor to Windsor Hills is Mystic Dunes, an 18 hole challenging championship course that features GPS equipped golf carts that actually enable you to order lunch on the fly. Ten minutes away is Champions Gate, which was designed by golf professionals, and slightly further are at least 15 other excellent courses including Highlands Reserve, Falcon's Fire, the ones at Disney, and more. The entire area is a golfer's dream come true so don't forget to bring your clubs. If you can't bring your own, club rental is available from our property manager who will have them waiting for you when you arrive.

We have provided our guests with many unique touches such as ceiling fans throughout including our porch area to keep the air moving, and soft glow night lighting that makes night time navigation through an unfamiliar environment a safe and easy exercise.

We are located on the ground floor for easy access. The view of the Florida sunsets from our screened in porch is breathtaking.

For sound and restful sleep each night we have provided a king size bed in the master.......a queen in the second bedroom......and 2 twins in the third. Wake up refreshed and ready for the next day's fun filled adventure. We can accommodate six very comfortably.

Complementing the large plasma wall mounted TV in the living room we include a home theater speaker system, a DVD player with an assortment of family DVD's on hand. We also provide a Playstation 2 with dual controls and a nice assortment of family rated PS2 games.. All bedrooms each have their own color TV/DVD players built in. Our fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishes, silverware, pots and pans, a griddle, washer and dryer, coffeepot, toaster, and more!

We are totally air conditioned, and unlimited broadband internet access is provided for our guests to use their own laptop if they have brought it. We also have a telephone that our guests can use at no extra cost that allows free and unlimited calling throughout the continental USA, Canada, and Puerto Rico. If you have little ones, why rent a stroller at the theme park? Use ours instead as we are geared for small children with high chair, Pack N Play crib, and safety bed rails all included in the condo.
